This course is designed
for law enforcement and military personnel that deploys ballistic
bunkers as a tactical tool in high risk environments.
This is the most
comprehensive ballistic bunker course available in the country and
is designed to develop advanced bunker tactics needed to safely and
effectively deploy a ballistic bunker.
Our instructors are some
of the most experienced bunker operators in the country. Our lead
instructors each average over 1000 operational deployments with a
minimum of 500 as a ballistic bunker operator. This unmatched
instructor experience is the foundation for “real world” tactics and
techniques that are taught in this course.
In addition to spending
numerous hours becoming proficient shooting with a bunker. Students
will also receive instruction with the ballistic bunker in the below
topics:
- Tactical movements
- Deployment considerations
- Threat Identification
- Cover/support techniques
- Offensive bunker tactics
- Weapon retention

Course Requirements:
This course is very
demanding and requires students to participate in physical
activities including running, kneeling, lifting and force on force
contact scenarios with instructors. Students must be physically
healthy and have safe weapon handling skills. Students progress will
be monitored with several qualification shooting tests using the
ballistic bunker.
Upon successful completion
of this course students will receive a course diploma and a
certificate of ballistic bunker qualification. Students will have
the opportunity to graduate at 1 of 3 levels, Basic ballistic
bunker operator, Intermediate ballistic bunker operator or Advanced
ballistic bunker operator.
Required Gear:
500 rounds of ammunition,
Ballistic bunker, Pistol with 3 magazines, Tactical or duty holster,
Wrap around eye protection, Ear protection, baseball style hat,
Ballistic vest or tactical vest, Gas mask and ballistic helmet (if
issued), SMG style rifle for bunker support drills w/100 rounds of
ammunition (optional).
