Reactive Combat Pistol/Optional Carbine Course

LOCATION:  DPMS Training Facility, St. Cloud, MN.

This reactive shooting course is a very intense course that will enhance your weapon handling skills, marksmanship and engagement speeds.  This reactive shooting course is the pinnacle of high speed weapons training.   

Students will use our computerized reactive shooting system extensively.  Students will be challenged and tested daily with specially designed shooting tests and drills.  Instructors will monitor and track student’s progress to insure students train and perform to their highest level.  Students will have the opportunity to graduate at 1 of 3 levels: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. 

Required Equipment:

2000 rounds of ammunition, Pistol with 4 magazines, Magazine holders, Duty holster or tactical style holster no “competition” based holsters.  Baseball style cap, Wrap around eye protection, Ear protection, Gun cleaning supplies.  If available, students should bring all “call out gear” including heavy vest and ballistic helmet.      

Optional Weapon:

During the 5-day intermediate/ advanced reactive combat pistol course students will have the option to participate in the reactive carbine rifle course.  This training will be held everyday for several hours in the afternoon after the primary handgun training except on Friday.  This carbine training is specifically geared for M4/AR15 weapon systems.  During this course, students will train in urban combat rifle tactics from CQB distances out to100 yards.  M4 style 9mm SMG carbines, supplied by Final Option will be used during the CQB training sessions.

Optional Carbine/SMG course: $150.00*
*This fee includes the use of supplied M4 style SMG carbine rifles for CQB training on the reactive shooting system.
