MP-5/SMG Operators Refresher Course

This one day course is designed be a comprehensive refresher course on SMG weapon procedures and shooting techniques.  Students will also shoot a qualification course to re-qualify with their SMG.  This course is ideal for officers that deploy a SMG during high risk patrol functions.

Students will receive “hands on” review of all the operational basics taught in our 5 day operators program.  This course has an ideal training curriculum for enhancing weapon handling skills and marksmanship skills. Students will train to advanced levels with our computer controlled reactive steel shooting system.   

Upon successful completion of this course students will receive a course diploma and a certificate of weapon qualification.

This course is not for beginning SMG operators.

Course Requirement:

Students must have graduated or had prior training from the following to attend this course.

1.  Graduated from Final Options 5 day SMG operators course.

2.  Graduated from a similar style SMG operators course.

3.  Proof that student received prior SMG weapons training from their agency.

Required Gear:

600 rounds of ammunition for MP-5/SMG, 100 rounds of handgun ammunition, Mp-5 or SMG w/3 magazines, sling, handgun w/2 magazines, Tactical or duty holster, pouch for SMG magazines, wrap around eye protection, ear protection, baseball style cap, tactical vest or standard ballistic vest.
